Orders can be shipped to all Canadian provinces and territories.
International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected and the number of items in your order.
All shipped orders include tracking. Shipping rates are designed to help cover postage, packaging materials, and the safe transport of handmade ceramics.

If your order includes four or more mugs, bowls, or other ceramic items, please contact Elderkiln Ceramics before placing your order.
A personalized shipping quote can be provided based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to help ensure the most accurate shipping rate possible.

Orders are shipped with insurance for added peace of mind and to help protect your purchase while it is in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Elderkiln Ceramics within 24 hours of delivery using the contact form on this website.

Elderkiln Ceramics ships orders once per week, typically on Mondays.
This schedule helps ensure orders are carefully packed and helps reduce delays caused by weekend transit schedules.
Orders placed throughout the week will be prepared and included in the next scheduled shipment whenever possible.
Please note that shipping schedules may be adjusted during statutory holidays or when carrier services are unavailable. Any significant delays will be communicated whenever possible.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
